1. Who we are

Zovni.me is a wedding planning platform. The data controller for personal data is the Zovni.me team.

2. What data we collect

• Couple: name, email, wedding date and details, billing information (via Stripe).
• Guests: name, contact info (if entered by the couple), RSVP response, notes.
• Technical: anonymized product usage analytics.

3. How we use data

To provide the service: generating your invitation, sending RSVP links, the seating chart, and billing. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Active data is kept until you cancel your subscription. After your wedding date, data is archived for 90 days, then deleted (Luxury plan: 365 days).

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, correction, deletion, and portability. To delete your account: settings → delete account. Questions: privacy@zovni.me

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and session management, plus anonymous usage analytics. No marketing trackers.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details on our servers.
